When a new tour is announced, we will begin our group formation by advertising that tour and inviting those who are interested to attend a meeting which will "introduce" the tour, provide the cost of the tour, explain the payment options, etc. Generally there are at least two such meetings offered. Then, once minimum tour participation has been met, another meeting is planned to answer any final questions and concerns, and to review any modifications, etc. At these meetings, the members of the group also have the opportunity to help in the tour planning, requesting specific activities either for themselves or as a suggestion for the group. Bucket List Travel tours exist for those traveling on the tours: therefore, each tour takes on the personality of that specific group. Only a small group could allow for that flexibility and for the spontaneity that occurs on the actual tour. 

All tours are also fully escorted by an agent that has been involved throughout the planning process. They are aware of each day's schedule and they have options in the event there is unexpected free time or if changes beyond the company's control should occur.
