Before providing specific information pertaining to the Bucket-List Travel tours, here is a general description of our booking policies and procedures:

1. Because we offer only small-group travel, as our client- base and reputation continue to grow, most of the tours tend to fill quickly. Therefore, we now unveil any tour that is available for registration at a meeting which was been scheduled for that purpose. Those who attend the meeting will have the first opportunity to see the itinerary for that particular tour and also have the first opportunity to register for the tour.

2. Any meetings will be advertised via local media sources and they will be listed on this site under the Scheduled Travel Forum page. You can also contact the agency and asked to be notified when a meeting may be available for a certain tour.

3. After the first "unveiling" meeting for each tour, if the tour has not be filled, we will then provide the itinerary upon request and/or it will be available here for your review.

4. Frequently we are asked to arrange a tour to a specific destination or event such as one or two day trips to hear a specific speaker or to attend a festival. Often those requests come from a small group who would also like to offer the tour to the general public. For a list of any such tours, please watch this page or call the agency.

5. In most cases, the only requirement to hold space on a tour is for a completed registration to be returned to the agency. Rarely are deposits required until much later in the process, however, when deposits are required, those will be fully refundable until final payment due date. At final payment, all monies are non-refundable. (This is due to the nature of group travel and the pricing process for these tours.) The Company You Keep Travel STRONGLY recommends the purchase of travel protection insurance. That coverage is always available through the agency.

6. And, our final "policy" is YOU MUST HAVE FUN!! If you are on one of the Bucket-List Travel Tours, you have probably dreamed of this travel for years!!
